Faculty Open Position - Weill Institute FACULTY POSITION CHEMICAL BIOLOGY CORNELL UNIVERSITY The Weill Institute for Cell and Molecular Biology (WICMB; www.icmb.cornell.edu) in conjunction with the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology (CCB; www.chem.cornell.edu) is searching for a tenure-track faculty member at the Assistant Professor level. Outstanding candidates with a strong background in chemistry and/or chemical biology and research that addresses fundamental questions in molecular cell biology are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be appointed in CCB and a member of WICMB with laboratories in newly built Weill Hall. This faculty member will carry out an effective interdisciplinary research program and contribute to teaching and service in CCB. A Ph.D. degree is required, and postdoctoral experience is preferred. Applicants should submit a curriculum vitae (highlighting 3-5 publications with title and abstract), a research plan (2-3 pages), and a statement of teaching interests. The cover letter should indicate how the applicant fits the interests of CCB and the Institute.
